We rented from them a few months ago and paid our payments on time each month. One day while cleaning, i noticed the love seat arm was broken. This was suppose to be a new set. So I called them and they guaranteed that they would fix it. Few weeks went by and I kept getting the run around. So then I spoke with the big man of the company. He lied to me as well. I have 0 respect for this company. They r very rude and un professional. I gave them there stuff back and i will never step foot back into their store. Its very sad how they treat their customers.
Worst place ever. Customer service is horrible! My 1 year old has better manners than these people. Save your money!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience! Nasty customer service calls! I was on a monthly payment plan to rent w/d until i purchased my own. Payment wasnt due til 30th, but they came to pick the set up on the 29th. Since my set had been delivered the day before, i let them take there set i rented. I did, however, call to make sure i set the record straight and ended up being told off. I will never do business with this "company" again.
