I have never in my life left a bad review but after getting two reminders about my appointment, blocking out time in my schedule, and showing up early only to be told because I didn't have a card on file my appointment was canceled, all I can say is - This place Sucks with a capital S.

First let me say that Carina is great, have not had a great cut in a while. Carina listened to me and I absolutely love my color and cut, before I had to wash it everyday not anymore with such an amazing cut. Everyone is super nice and it is a great experience !
Was a terrible experience! The hair stylist did a bad job on my hair, asked for blonde highlights and got thin ugly yellow orange highlights that were barely visible! I've been blonde most of my life and always get good results at most salons. Paid 95$ for crap!
There are a lot of locally owned businesses with positive happy people who want to treat others with respect and decency - find them. You've been warned.

As a physician, would I ever require a patient to put a down payment and a credit card on file to hold an appointment? Never. And would I ever cancel an appointment without notifying someone? No.
I loved my experience at Bloom Hair Lounge! It was a relaxing, professional environment. Sonia did my hair and she was awesome! At her request, I e-mailed her pictures of my hair and pictures of what I wanted before my appointment, so she was ready to give me suggestions and discuss what she was going to do when I walked in the door. She was so attentive and easy to talk to and I LOVE my hair!!! I'm definitely not going anywhere else again. I found the perfect hair salon at Bloom!
I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a Friday morning. But because I did not put a $$ deposit on my appointment and a credit card down (I have had my card stolen in the past and am not comfortable giving it over the phone to a company I know nothing about) they just cancelled it. Funny thing - they sent me a text and an email reminder of the appointment. Twice.
