Boa was very sweet, but the pedicure wasn't the best. Too expensive for what you get & feet don't feel soft even on 2nd day. My sister & I love our dip powder nails
Super into this place. My nail technician is the owner, I believe, and she is super talented and efficient. She did in 30 minutes what would take over an hour at my old spot. I got a new nail salon, y'all!
2nd best place I've gotten my nails done. I only went cause most nail salons either require an appointment or are closed on Sunday's. Pricey but worth it. Got to know who's doing your nails though they're not all good.
I love their pedicure, but the trash man who did my manicure messed up my nails. I will never back for anything now. You will never see me again Dorman nails&spa✌
I do not get my nails done often, my experiences here were in the past, pleasant. HOWEVER, I got a wax one time in march before my best friends birthday party, and the woman burned me. I told the manager... He said " next time you come it will be free.". He didn't take my name, number , none of my information. I expressed that i don't get these things done often, he responded " don't worry about it... You come back it will be free". I took him at his word. I returned in sept. Because I was treating myself. I asked the same man if he was going to allow me to get my wax that day... His response " I don't know what you're talking about".. I reminded him of his promise, reminded him of the EXACT day I came, who did it and all. He then responded again " I don't remember, that was a long time ago... You should have come back sooner". Now! My response " it shoulnt matter WHEN I come back, if you said it will be free, you should be a man of your word". Given the fact that he didn't write any information down, I feel as though he was just trying to ease my bad experience with empty promises. I then tried 1 MORE TIME to go to this establishment to get just my nails done... And he was EXTREMELY RUDE the minute I walked through the door ( I walked right back out). I don't get my nails done often, as I've said, nor do I trust just anyone doing them... The technicians are very sweet ( the ones I've dealt with) and efficient... However! I walked out and WILL NOT BE RETURNING , and it is completely due to the ignorant nature of the man that is supposed to be running this establishment. * be a man of your word.
