Went in for peekaboo highlights and let her have some freedom to do ombre instead and she bleached half my head and left random spots on the rest. Out $120 for subpar performance. She didn't even get all the color off my skin when she was done.
No waiting when we went. Son and I a haircut. Daughter just a trim. Staff friendly. Nice clean store. Just thought prices a tad high for a quick cuts store.
Was told one price but was charged a higher price, no warning or explanation. Price was ridiculous for what was done. Won't be back & will not recommend to others
I never thought I'd go to a chain for a haircut. But I got in a pinch one week, and discovered Heather. She is very skilled, she remembers everything, and she LISTENS. I won't go anywhere else now.
