I've been to a few vets in my life, and all have been caring towards my animals. But Smith's goes WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY to be sweet, caring, helpful... they explain everything and take as much time as you need without making you feel rushed like human doctors do. You must have a heart of gold to be a vet, but these doctors must have a heart of PLATINUM!
