I had a great experience. I had a flat tire and called in to see if they could fix it. I spoke to Genaro and he said they could work me in that afternoon. The end of the story is that they had it fixed and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I was totally impressed with Genaro. He was honest and straightforward and fixed only what was necessary without trying to make up some goofy story about some part that I didn't need. It was a refreshing experience.
I began to go to Meineke a couple of years ago after having some bad experiences with other car care places in the area. Every time that I have been there, the team is always friendly and helpful. What separates them from other places is that they really take the time to explain any problems with the vehicle and not in a way that makes me feel inferior, even though my knowledge with cars is not the best. They have always provided honest and quality work which means a great deal to me because I only have one vehicle and I use it to make long trips back to my home in the Midwest. Since going to Meineke, I have felt confident that my 1997 Bonneville will hold up during the trips. The crew that work at Meineke are people I know I can count on to do the job right!
I've been coming here every 5,000 to 10,000 miles for an oil change, and I've never had a complaint. My partner and I have had other services, too, like alignments, brakes, and checkups. Their prices are fair, and their customer service is phenomenal, especially in comparison to other auto shops in the area. Specifically, the manager is really great. As someone doesn't know much about auto mechanics, I appreciate their patience and non-demeaning thoroughness. Also, I signed up for Meineke rewards, and I've received free service several times.
MARK IS RUDE... CHANGED MY BATTERY OUT ON MY 2014 CHEVY CRUZE. GET HOME AND ALL MY LIGHTS ARE FLASHING. WINDOWS ROLLING UP IN DOWN. HAD TO TAKE IT TO CHEVROLET WHERE THEY FIXED WHAT MEINEKE MESSED UP MY COMPUTER MESSING WITH MY BATTERY AND THE TERMINALS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.. BUT AS MARK SAID HE IS THE BIG MANAGER HE WILL LAUGH IN MY FACE AS I DONT GET MY 116.00 BACK. AND THAT IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM.. AND HE WILL NEVER WORK ON A CAR FOR ME.... I DONT CARE CAUSE IM NOT COMING BACK EVER.
