The employees are friendly and helpful but the prices are a bit skewed. We purchased a carseat during the trade in event. They had it priced at 249 as regular price the same car seat at target was regularly priced at 179 and was on sale for even lower. Would be a 5 star rating were the prices competitive and fair.

Customer service is nonexistent unless you walk the store a million times and ask for help until they can't give you the run around anymore. Often, they can't take anything other than cash. I was shopping with gift cards from my baby showers (which totaled over $1000), and got to the register to be told we can't accept gift cards. I left everything sitting there and walked out! This is the second or third time this has happened since I found out that I was pregnant. This day and time any store should be able to take cards. Also, they can't order anything for you that they are out of according to them.
Pretty messy but it's to be expected for a toy store the day after xmas...
Great selection but higher prices than other stores that also sell toys.
