Staff is always friendly, but the displays are often a mess and it almost always has a line of people waiting to check out. That maybe a good thing - it's a popular store - but it's sure difficult to stand in line for 20+ minutes. It's worth pardoning, but be prepared to dig through piles of clothes and wait in line.
This is a hot mess of an old navy. Their jeans section is a wreck, I spent a very long time trying to find a pair and you can barely walk or push a cart without stumbling or getting caught on hangers on the floor. Fitting rooms were cluttered with stickers on the walls and loose hangers. Lots of staff working but no one seemed to be doing anything to straighten up the store of attend to the fitting room. Staff were nice and helpful.
I love their clothing selection and prices are decent when they have a sale. However, I’ve recently found that their clothes are vulnerable to holes, even when you wash according to their instructions. I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve only worn this shirt three times now. And washed it once.
I love old Navy when they have good sales. This store has really nice employees.
I like the variety of clothes that Old Navy has. The store can sometimes be disorganized. They just installed new scanners to check the price that makes shopping more convenient.
