Line was very long due to holidays but they moved very swiftly
Customer Service was awful today.. Associates were huddled up having personal conversations instead of helping customers. The manager Ms. Mills didn't act like it was a problem when we wanted to address the issue. Like we were bothering her. Very unprofessional. Left all items in the store.
This staff is amazing and the store is absolutely beautiful. The store manager is the best manager ever. The staff is outstanding with customer service as well. The SM does a great job with taking care of her store and staff, does an amazing job with customers, and sets fantastic expectations for her team to follow by. Best VS and PINK ever!
They never have my size, this store only carries very few sizes of bras and panties, it's like they'd rather sell clothes to teens than sell quality products in variety, the last time I went in the sales associates were all snobby and almost rude. Should have left it where it was. At least when they were doing deals the associates actually cared about the customer care. They stopped selling their signature scents collections and release slightly more expensive body products with less variety. Not sure if it's this store or the company in general but they need to get it together. I won't be going here for a while. Hopefully they work on their customer service.
