If I could give them a half a star, I would. The store was dirty, smelly, and the dressing room door hardly latched closed. The dressing room had gum stuck to the wall, hair on the floor, and dirt everywhere. It was so bad I was afraid to take off my shoes. Then as I went to put my clothes back, I was called down by the attendant so she could count my clothes to make sure I'm not a theif. Ridiculous!! It's the first time I've ever gotten yelled at for not doing something wrong!

I would post a 0 star review if I could. The lady in the back was rude as all get out and kept turning customers down from fitting room 45 min before store closing(extended holiday hours). No signs whatsoever that fitting rooms close before store. We went anyways and after trying on 3 things two of which didn't fit she got an attitude for us hanging clothes on the go back hanger. After an altercation where she ran her mouth to the customer and some rude comments. We went to the manager and she said she would handle it but I don't know what was done afterwards. Just because of that one person it will be in desperation if I ever turn to Ross in Spartanburg for any clothes purchases in the future.
