Ordered shoes with expensive guaranteed 2-day Fed-ex Air shipping. They didn't even send a shipping notification until 2 days later. 2 more days later and FedEx tracking just shows that a label was created. So, 4 days later, still not shipped. Called customer service and couldn't even tell me where the shoes were. Canceling order. Will never shop with them again. Buyer beware!

Don't go to Jimmy Jazz in cherrydale. They don't give cash back and argue with the customers. And my husband clothes were damaged and he told him he did it. And my husband been shopping there since they opened. He continued to argue with him in face in front of the whole store.
