Hands down best service i have ever received from anyone! Lana was especially helpful on the purchase of my new car. Not only did she help me while at the store she also helped and talked me through all of my insurance issues as well. I travelled approximately 5 hours to get to Benson Kia, and it was worth every second. Lisa was my sales rep, and she was wonderful! She was straight forward, very positive, very helpful, and extremely caring!! The entire staff turned what started out as a stressful and emotional situation into a stress free, breathable experience. I was not expecting to have a purchase a new car, but life happens. Benson Kia gave me what I wanted without all the hassle! I would recommend any and everyone to shop here!!!!
My experience with this dealership was better than expected. My salesman Mike Raymond was the best. I drove an hour to look at vehicles and find one to potentially buy. He is well diversed in all aspects of the car buying experience and made me feel very comfortable in trusting him!! Even though I didn't walk away with a car that day, he let me know how my current car dealership got over on me pretty bad and the steps I needed to take to get where I need to be!! I appreciate everything he did and am still working with him to find what's best for me!! I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone!!
