The folks are pleasant and the dealership Is remarkably clean and orderly. We went in for service and to check out a perceived problem. The problem and repair were explained in detail to our satisfaction. The service area is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. We also spoke to the sales staff about selling my R32. They were very helpful. I have a lot of confidence in these folks and will not hesitate to buy from them.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful on the phone, and my own personal experience with Alex and Scott in the service department - well - what can I say? Five stars is five stars... and there are too many people running around the planet (seems to be about 80% now) the last couple of years becoming more and more rude and completely self-centered... lacking any modicum of kindness, courtesy, or consideration for others - but I would definitely put Scott and Alex in that "roughly 20% of people" category who were very kind and pleasant and helpful... and this few 20% just make your day lighter and brighter after you have interacted with them.
