Hands down the worst Chevy service I have ever experienced. I have been getting certified Chevy service for my Silverado for 5 years in 3 different states and this place by far is the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I waited 2 hours for an oil change for which I had a scheduled appointment, I had also asked for tire rotation and they never did it. When I brought their error to their attention they were callous and dismissive. Would not recommed this place to my worst enemy.
Just spent all day and I do mean all day at this dealership (1130-530). I have watched their little show on Saturday mornings for the last 4 Saturday talking about $0 down no matter what ur credit is we can put u in a vehicle you will get a $500 gift card to the store of your choice....blah blah blah blah. Needless to say they still wanted money down ok $500 isn't that bad but then they told me I couldn't get the $500 gift card bc they had to work with me to get me in the vehicle....bs bc they advertised it but ok whatever. Told them when I was there I had just changed jobs..... not a problem. Even paid to add this vehicle to my insurance while sitting right there then after signing all the paperwork they asked me for a check stub....now I could provide them with a check stub from my previous employer but not my new one(although the previous one would have been current). Even called my HR and she could verify it over they phone but she couldn't give me anything for the next 2 days. Needless to say I left there with nothing after spending an entire day there. The salesman I had was great (Thomas) but the people behind the scenes ummmm I can't think of anything nice to say so I'm going to leave it at that..... but now back on the phone with the insurance company to remove a vehicle I never had
