Ordered a order for curbside pick up. $ 75 dollars for food. Mashed potatoes were cold, 4 cheese mac n cheese was dry and rubbery. Ordered steak well done, no pink, and it's red. Parents ordered the fish and chips that comes with cold slaw. There was only a tablespoon of coleslaw for each meal. Very dissapointing!! Never ordering from here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!!
Absolute worst service. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, even longer for our food order to be taken. When the food finally arrived we had no silverware. The silverware we were brought looked disgusting, as if it was taken from the dirty bin. Both of my kids ordered steak (medium rare) and when it arrived it was well done. One of the kids ordered yogurt and strawberries and there was a literal SMEAR of yogurt on the plate. MAYBE a tablespoon. When we sent the steaks back the manager came out and said that a kid’s steak could only be medium well or well. Fine - but someone should have told us that. They said the waitress didn’t know. Fine. The kitchen did. They should have told her. I had to ask twice for the sauce to go with my meal and we had to flag the waitress down THREE times to get drink refills. Our children did get to pick other meals and they were comp’d. A whopping $4 total. The manager tried to “make it right” by stopping by at the end of he meal, by honestly it was too late then. There is no way in Hades we will ever visit this location again.
Just ordered curbside to go. Food was terrible. Had to throw over half of it away. Burger was so pink and bloody that I had to try and cook it again on my stove. Yes I ordered it pink but not bloody pink. Croutons was stale in the salad. French fries was hard as a rock. Waisted $40.
Had to seat our self after no one greatest us for 10 min. After sitting our waitress came over and as we ate we noticed our waitress was also running the whole restaurant while 3 other girls stood around doing nothing. She seated people and took care of the 6 tables in our area and the 5 booths below us. And to top all that off the table was sticky and the stake was over cooked
We have been coming to this Applebee's location for many years but the past few times we've been it has gone downhill. The service is very slow and they don't come around to check on you till your about done eating. There can be hardly anyone in the restaurant and it takes forever to get your food and when we do it's cold or burnt. It also looks as if they don't take time to clean very well. Working in a restaurant myself I know the importance of keeping the eating areas clean. It always looks dirty and the ceiling tiles are coming down. To me it's starting to look more like a dingy bar then a nice restaurant. Don't know if it's under new management or what, we've always loved coming to this location but I feel this was our last visit there.
