Came here after visiting area and ordered chicken. I got half way down the road and tasted my chicken it was cold! Cold chicken..I am pissed. I will never again eat here. The biscuit soggy at bottom and okra not fresh. Close this place down!!! Smh
Most of the people there are friendly and helpful. Hellos and smiles are always good. Customer service was good.
The tables and chairs were dirty. I had to wipe my chair and place at the table off. Food crumbs all over the place and floor. The men's room had no soap. Had to ask for soap. One of the ladies was nice enough to get me some in a cup. If there's no soap in the rest rooms how are employees washing there hands after using it? Curious.
I presume that it stays pretty busy with Spartanburg Regional across the street. Some times you have to take the hit and close it down for a remodel.
Never been to a Church's Chicken before.. Loved everything we ordered.. to a bit of time, but it was a Sunday afternoon.. Its a little run down but most everyone took it to go..
Service not very good. We ordered. When we paid and left the drive thru we discovered that we didn't get the second order of corn. We had to get back in line. Then we left again and discovered there were no utensils. So we had to get in the drive thru again only to discover a line of cars so we had to find a parking place and go inside to get them. They also only gave us one straw for two drinks. So to say the least we were not happy with eating there today.
That being said the chicken was under cooked.
The restaurant is very tiny. As soon as you walk in your standing right at the counter. I noticed while sitting that people were bumping into one another frequently coming in and out. Not many tables.
This was the best Church's I have eaten at, in years. Clean, friendly and very good food.
This is an older Churches and needs to be updated or a complete remolding. Automatic doors, new tables, chairs, flooring, soap, and a total redo with the seating area. Not really a comfortable place but it will do.
