While the food is delicious the service could use some help. We mainly use the drive through and every time we order they atomatically assume we are finished ordering after our first meal. So this time instead of waiting extra time for them to sort it out so we could continue our order, my husband went ahead and took his portion of business else where.
Clean facility and courteous staff. We received our food quickly and the order was correct. The food was hot and pleasant. Exactly what I was looking for. On the down side, it was a bit pricy, but worth it, I think.
They have the best brisket sandwiches in town. Great job on the improvement. Regular customer and really love the menu improvement.
Went today for lunch and there were very few cars out side. Went inside and only 2 people in line. Waited a while and not one person behind the counter said hello or we'll be right with you. Nothing. With only 2 customers ahead of me where is the person working the register? Looks as if the person running the register was doing double duty and doing drive through. I then left. To be so slow there's no reason for any one to not say hello or be at the register. Poor customer service. I could see if it was busy but it wasn't. This has happened before. When something only happens once, I usually don't worry about it. I was going to eat my lunch there but instead went next door to Firehouse Subs. Its in the same parking lot. As soon as, I walked inside and got to the counter the register attendant said hello and the standard are you dinning in or carry out. And they even brought my food to my table. What a difference!

Whoever owns this franchise needs to invest in better flooring. I walked into the lobby to see scraps of carpet covering the bare floor with huge gaps of concrete showing through. Seriously, it's just necessary expenses. If you can't spend on that, how much care do you really take with my food, or how its prepared.
