Stays incredibly busy during lunchtime. The staff are all very courteous, and quick to serve you. I truly dislike ‘fast food’

Food is great as always, however, playground leaves a lot to be desired! Steps to slide are much too high for smaller children, and kids much taller than the maximum height sign are allowed to enter and climb all over the netting with nothing being said from staff. The atmosphere is less than pleasant or our little ones. We will NOT be returning to this store when we have other options in town. Sorry!!
So I decided to go in and there was a line out the door, and I was very surprised to only waited in line for maybe just a couple minutes, and so I got to they got to me and asked me what I'd like. I said I've never been here before, and I just ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries. the gentleman at the counter said well I'm gonna go ahead and take care of for you. I thought he was just talking with the dipping sauces because sometimes places charge for that, no he gave me at lunch on them just because I've never been there before excellent service very generous and I will definitely be back!!!

First time here and this place was extremely packed in the drive thru and the front!
I was there at 1:49 ordering 4 chic fil a sandwiches with pickles on the side for all 4 to go. After opening 2 sandwiches it was noticed that the pickles were on the sandwiches. Ok we decided to eat them anyway. As my mother is finishing her chic fil a sandwich, I mean 2nd to last bite, she realizes there is something sticking out of her mouth. She swallowed to clear her mouth holding on to this long thin thing. To her horror she sees that it is a deep fried hair. My mother instantly begins to gag and vomit. I checked my sandwich it seemed ok but so did hers. I felt sick to my stomach from it all to. I called the store 3 times but i guess at 2:30 on Saturday they are to busy to answer. So i drive up there and am ignored by the 3 girls working the counter...they surely recognize me from earlier but chose to not acknowledge my presence. Then I loudly say I need a manager. A man that might be 19 with a tag saying director helps me. Askes if I want my food redone. I say i don't trust it and I say refund my $ and he does but without a sincere apology then tells me to have a good day. That just made it worse.
